Maneesh Srivastava has over 24 years of experience in the financial services and consumer products industry. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Electronics and Telecommunications Engineering and a Masters in Business Administration from Faculty of Management Studies, Delhi University.
Maneesh is the former CEO of Muthoot Housing Finance Company Limited where he set-up and built an affordable housing finance business from the ground up. Within a short span of time, Muthoot Housing made home ownership possible for more than 10,000 low income customers and was operational in over 52 locations spread across 8 states in India.
Maneesh has over 13 years of banking experience with a reputed International Bank like HSBC where he has worked in senior leadership positions in the areas of Branch Banking, Wealth Management, Asset Sales and Distribution, Customer Experience and Service Quality.
Maneesh has been a speaker at various summits on financial inclusion and is passionate about the cause of ensuring outreach of financial products to the excluded sections of society.

Mahmood Al-Subeihi is an Omani national, graduate as Operations Management major from Sultan Qaboos University and finished his MBA from Bedfordshire-UK University. Mahmood has a total 18 years’ experience in Public and Private Sector. He worked with Public Authority of Social Insurance for 6 Years, and worked in different companies within private sector in the filed on HR since 2008 such as Oman Cables Industry, AlMarai and Oman Refreshment Company.
Mahmood has different experiences in the field of HR, he was handling recruitment, employee relation, compensation and benefits as well as learning and development in various companies that he worked for. He has good experience in Oman labour law and Oman regulations.
